特朗普政府启动美国石油储备释放程序,交换 8600 万桶原油

Gate News 消息,3 月 14 日,特朗普政府已启动大规模动用美国紧急石油储备的程序,发布了交换 8600 万桶原油的请求。能源部周五在一份声明中表示,作为周三宣布的 1.72 亿桶大规模释放计划的一部分,从战略石油储备(SPR,美国政府应对石油供应中断的紧急储备)中提取的石油预计将于下周结束前开始流向市场。此次石油储备释放预计需要四个月才能完成,是与其他国家协调的 4 亿桶行动计划的一部分。根据交换条款,企业将在未来向能源部归还借出的石油,并额外支付一定数量的石油作为溢价。能源部本周早些时候表示,特朗普政府已安排在未来一年内用约 2 亿桶石油补充战略石油库存,将比此次动用的库存多出 20%。
