BlackRock Chief Financial Officer Martin Small stated that he cannot determine whether this process will be completed within 90 days or 12 months. Matt Hougan commented that this could be one of the key narratives to lead the market out of the bear market and said that it is very positive for layer-one blockchains and decentralized finance.
