Theo ông, khoảng 46% nguồn cung BTC hiện đang “âm vốn trên giấy”, phản ánh áp lực tâm lý đáng kể đối với thị trường. Thorn cũng chỉ ra khoảng trống cung–cầu rõ rệt trong vùng 70.000–80.000 USD, khiến giá khó bật tăng bền vững nếu thiếu lực cầu mới từ tổ chức.
Bên cạnh đó, Bitcoin thời gian qua không còn giao dịch đồng pha với vàng và bạc trong vai trò “hàng rào chống suy giảm giá trị tiền tệ”, làm suy yếu câu chuyện phòng hộ lạm phát của tài sản này. Dù vậy, Thorn nhấn mạnh các mức kỹ thuật dài hạn vẫn hấp dẫn: trong lịch sử, MA 200 tuần và giá thực hiện (realized price) quanh 56.000 USD thường đóng vai trò vùng tích lũy và điểm vào vị thế thuận lợi cho nhà đầu tư dài hạn sau các đợt điều chỉnh sâu.
