PANews, November 18th news, according to Hourglass announcement, the excess refund for the second phase of the Stable pre-deposit plan is now open. Users can claim USDC refunds through the Merkl platform. The first $1,000 is fully received, and the excess part is included in the plan at about 45%, with the remaining 55% issued as refunds. Currently, over $634 million USDC can be claimed, and the remaining part will be available for withdrawal after the event ends. Users need to connect their Wallet to the Merkl dashboard to carry out the claim operation.
