Hamas sent a letter to Trump, requesting a 60-day ceasefire protocol.

GateNews

Jin10 reported on September 22 that a senior official from the Trump administration and a second source directly involved in the negotiations stated that Hamas has drafted a letter to U.S. President Trump, requesting a guarantee of a 60-day ceasefire in exchange for the immediate release of half of the hostages held in Gaza. The letter is expected to be delivered to Trump this week. Trump has been trying to play the role of a peacemaker on the global stage, having previously called for Hamas to release hostages.
