區從 2019 年比特幣還不到 1,000 美元的時候開始，就固定會在每年 1/1 公布「區塊鏈年度最有影響力 30 人」並逐步升級成品牌重要產品《Tempo 30 Award》，旨在表彰這群影響力人士每年對 Web3 生態系作出的卓越貢獻。
過去七年，我們挖掘了無數在熊市中潛心建設、在牛市中破浪的領航者。今年，這份傳承將迎來里程碑升級，本屆評選在**「台灣產業影響力榜」與「KOL 影響力榜」之外，擴大新增「華人影響力榜」**。
我們深知，華人開發者、投資人與創業家在世界 Web3 版圖中佔據著舉足輕重的地位。透過此次升級，我們希望串聯起散落在矽谷、新加坡、香港…等地的華人力量，構建一個更具影響力的評選，讓全球視野在此交匯。

**如何註冊 / 登入：**點擊官網右上角的登入按鈕，透過社群帳號（Google、LINE、X、Facebook）完成註冊登入後就可以進行投票。

**如何投票：**登入之後，官網往下滑就可以看到台灣產業榜、KOL 榜以及華人榜（點選上方的按鈕可以切換榜單）。點擊候選人下方的投票按鈕，就可以進行投票。
備註：一個帳號每天每個榜單都能投五票，但一天只能投給同一人一票。

- 由核心產業專家組成的決選委員會，對 50 位入圍者進行深入討論與審核。
- 此階段更側重於候選人當年度的關鍵成就、對行業未來的潛在影響力，以及其全球格局與視野。
- 委員會成員進行獨立打分，最終匯總排名。

第二階段成績延續 (30%)
- 為尊重社群的選擇，候選人在第二階段獲得的綜合分數，將按比例折算後計入總成績。
第三階段：榜單公布（1 月 1 日）
