Today is the weekend, let me tell you a story about trading for the little ones. It's a story about a trader and a capital magnate. Many people haven't heard this story, but I can guarantee that it will be very enlightening for you after you hear it. It might even change your existing understanding if you are perceptive enough. Alright, no more suspense, let's get started.
A young trader with some fame went to apply for a job with a capital tycoon. In order to test the young trader, the tycoon gave him a task: imitate my three actions. If you succeed, I will let you trade. The young trader agreed. For the first action, the tycoon picked up a pen from the desk and stood up. The young trader followed suit and stood up with a pen. For the second action, the tycoon put down the pen, sat back in his chair, and picked up a book. The young trader did the same, putting down the pen, sitting down, and picking up a book. For the third action, the tycoon picked up the cup on the desk and took a sip of water. The young trader also picked up the cup and took a sip of water. At this point, the tycoon stared at the young trader and after a while, he spat out the tea he had just drunk. The young trader was impressed because he had already swallowed the water.
What kind of truth does this story tell us? I think there are two levels:
First layer: The eternal truth is that the market is always changing. So our thinking must not be rigid, and the viewpoint of the previous second may be overturned in the next second.
Secondly, because the market is constantly changing, we may make mistakes at any time. In order to survive in trading, we should not fully occupy our positions and leave room for ourselves. So, how do you interpret this story?
Keep up with my posts every day, don't fall behind. It will definitely bring you rewards and growth! Wish you a successful trading [微笑].
(Warm reminder: I usually do not reply to questions from those who do not follow me, as everyone's time is very precious..
