CryptoWorld News reports that SlowMist Technology’s Chief Information Security Officer, 23pds, retweeted that an unauthorized access to the internal system of the cloud hosting platform Vercel is suspected to be related to an internal data leak.

A related post states that someone calling themselves ShinyHunters on BreachForums is selling a so-called Vercel internal database, access keys, source code, employee accounts, API keys, NPM tokens, and GitHub tokens for $2,000,000. The data involved is suspected to relate to Vercel’s internal Linear system and its internal user management system.

In an earlier update, the cloud hosting platform Vercel disclosed that its internal system had been accessed without authorization, affecting a small number of customers.
