$ETH Market Sentiment and Suggestions
Saturday's trading remains mainly volatile, and the flag pattern's internal W bottom has already formed because it broke through the 2233 neckline. Now, it depends on whether the market can break through the flag pattern and the previous high of 2273 resistance. As long as the second peak can break through the flag pattern and reach a new high of 2312, it will come. This 2273 resistance has blocked the market many times; if it can't break through this time, the market is likely to be finished. As long as the market can stay above 2233, there is still hope to break through the previous high of 2273. If 2233 is broken, the market will likely undergo a wave of correction to retest the support at 2193 below. If 2193 is broken, the flag pattern will also be broken easily, and then look for a stopping signal at 2158.
When the market breaks through 2249 with volume, go long on the right side; if it falls below 2228 with volume, go short on the right side. Pay attention to volume changes and set proper stop-losses.
On the hourly chart, if the market stabilizes above 2249, look up to 2273-2312.
On the 4-hour chart, if it breaks below 2231, look down to 2196-2159.
The 4-hour chart needs to form an arc bottom. The target for this 1:1 rally is around 2385, close to Fibonacci 1.618 at 2396. To reach the 1.618 level, the price must not fall below the 78.6% Fibonacci retracement level. Once it falls below 78.6%, reaching the 1.618 level becomes difficult because the 1:1 Fibonacci level will form another resistance. Currently, the yellow bullish trend indicated by the white arrow on the 4-hour chart is also on the verge of breaking out. Breaking through the arc bottom 1:1 and Fibonacci 1.618 levels will happen, and the 4-hour chart will enter a strong bullish zone. If it can't break through, that will be the last line of defense for the market.
