City officials and staff were transferred to the Provincial Inspection Team; before the transfer, they were ordinary officials, but after the transfer, they became the best among officials.

They finish work at 10 p.m. every night, have a day off every two weeks, and the work demands are extremely high, occasionally reporting directly to the team leader.
Every day, they must report work progress to the deputy team leader, leaving no time for leisure or relaxation.
During the secondment, they stay in hotels throughout, with buffet meals.
Although the living conditions are good, they must report when going out, making it basically impossible to go out freely. Being away from home for more than half a month is common.
