4.1BTC/ETH Market Outlook:
Bitcoin once again provided a high-level perspective at midnight, warning against chasing rallies. Although Iran indicated a stance of backing down, the market experienced a rebound. Bitcoin shorted at 68,500, Ethereum at 2,120—both offering shorting opportunities during the rebound. The highest levels reached were around 68,600 and 2,124, marking the peak short positions. Currently, prices are around 67,800 and 2,095, with profit still available on short positions. Short-term traders can reduce their positions gradually and continue to look for larger profits.
The monthly candlestick closed with a small inverted hammer, ending the previous five consecutive down days. However, the long upper shadow indicates strong selling pressure above, making it difficult for the bulls to regain ground. On the daily chart, the price found support at 64,900 and rebounded, closing two consecutive bullish days and forming a small V-shaped reversal. The KDJ indicator turned upward, but RSI momentum is waning and beginning to turn down. The MACD remains in a bearish expansion phase. Although the indicators suggest a correction or rebound, the price has struggled to advance, oscillating at high levels and using sideways movement to exhaust bullish momentum—classic trap rally behavior.
On the 4-hour chart, the price is under pressure from the upper Bollinger Band, with both KDJ and RSI turning downward from high levels. The hourly chart shows more obvious resistance, with MACD showing a bearish divergence and decreasing bullish volume. As seen in recent days, the descending trendline from 76,000 has not been broken. After the rebound from the bottom at 62,400 and the breakdown of the rising trendline, the price has failed to break through and stabilize above it. It remains below this trendline, so the strategy is to short on rallies.
Above resistance for Bitcoin remains at 68,500 and 70,000—consider short entries around these levels. Support levels are at 67,500, 66,000, and 65,000.
For Ethereum, resistance is at 2,120 and 2,200—look for short entries around these levels. Support levels are at 2,080, 2,000, and 1,950.
