I didn’t expect to pause here… but the deeper I looked, the less it felt like just another recycled identity project. $SIGN @SignOfficial

Most projects stop at “store your data in a wallet.”
Sign is taking it further structuring the full flow: storage, verification, and trust all in one system.
On the wallet side, it’s non-custodial, as expected. But the details are what stand out:
Credentials are stored in secure hardware on your device.
Access is protected by biometrics and PINs.
You can see exactly what each credential contains and control what’s shared that level of transparency is rare.
Usability under real-world conditions is also impressive:
Offline support via QR and NFC means credentials work even without internet practical for places with limited connectivity.
Cross-platform access ensures usability for mobile and web users, across different levels of tech literacy.
Then there’s the trust layer:
Issuers register on-chain using DIDs and public keys.
Credential formats are standardized for consistency.
Revocation can be checked in real time without contacting the issuer, quietly preserving privacy.
Governance is baked in: who can issue, what standards apply, how disputes are handled all defined at the protocol level.
Ambition is easy; aligning governments and institutions is the real challenge.
It’s structured maybe too structured for a fragmented world but it’s not something to ignore. Execution will determine its impact.
