People always believe that some unconventional behaviors can help extend their lifespan. There are many health gurus around—some skip breakfast, some skip lunch, some skip dinner, some avoid carbs, some eat only once a day. Some exercise intensely in the morning, noon, and night. It reminds me of when I was very young, I made a longevity potion with oil, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar from my family’s pantry. I took a sip and almost vomited, then poured the rest into the pigsty to feed the pigs.
