January 3rd Review: Emotional turning point, light position participation, watch for sustainability tomorrow!

This morning, I mentioned the emotional turning point, and suggested participating with light positions for speculation. After buying in the morning, I went to sleep in the afternoon, and missed the lively session. A bit regretful!
Last night, I also reminded everyone to stay ready to strike at any time when holding cash. As a result, I got carried away today and didn’t monitor the market, fell asleep, and woke up to find the market closed. Sigh, I’ve been unprofessional! My apologies!
However, I did buy what I needed in the morning. By the afternoon, I was trying to buy more, but everything was already up, and I didn’t want to participate anymore.
Today’s strong recovery exceeded expectations. Ideally, I could have increased my position to 60%, but if today’s strong recovery continues, there might be more selling pressure tomorrow morning. Therefore, I can’t predict tomorrow’s trend tonight; I can only watch the market and respond accordingly. If aerospace stocks surge again and are realized, the market might also pull back after a rise. I took the early position today, which feels more comfortable. I won’t be catching the falling knives tomorrow. I’ve always said that the space photovoltaic sector isn’t finished yet, but it’s heavily overlapping with aerospace concepts. When it rises, there’s also selling pressure from aerospace stocks. Every time it surges, it gets hammered down. After several cycles, I’ve lost interest.
On the other hand, the recent recovery of AI has been more satisfying. The decline wasn’t as severe, and I chose to participate in it. After all, it’s the New Year, and the Spring Festival Gala will showcase AI, Doubao, Yuanbao, and others starting to send red envelopes. 2026 will definitely be a year of technology, focusing on commercial aerospace and AI. Robots will be about application and evolution. If they can be integrated into daily life scenarios, the future looks promising!
There’s no way around it—intelligent evolution surpasses most humans. This is an undeniable fact. Just look at quantitative trading; it definitely outperforms most retail investors and even some hot money.
Actually, several major funds have already started collaborating with quant firms, which accelerates the evolution of quant strategies. As a result, traditional trading methods are becoming less effective, which is sad.
In the future, market money will be even harder to earn because your opponent might not be human. They have no emotions, but they have data and react quickly. Even the fastest traders can’t compete with algorithms—humans will lose!

Previously, I mentioned that this wave of gold wouldn’t be like aerospace stocks in terms of sharp declines. So, I actually bought some Western Gold, as it’s more influenced by international gold prices, and it’s hard for humans to intervene artificially.
However, after the Epstein incident and the decline in international gold prices, its recovery lagged a few days behind expectations. I just saw this news while writing this post. Honestly, gold, silver, and oil are all played by oligarchs very transparently—it’s all a game of the rich! The upper class engages in the most despicable acts, beyond human comprehension!
What can you do? Although I’m in my forties and not confused anymore, I’m speechless about this. The sense of powerlessness and having to accept it from the soul is depressing.
Idealism often ends in failure. You end up having to lower yourself to the very people you once looked down on—either for fame, profit, or your children.
Knowing the truth about this world isn’t necessarily a good thing, but learning to bow and bend makes life easier.
Sometimes, it’s better to be simple-minded—just survive!
This is all a manipulated game from the moment you’re born; the roles are assigned, and pointless struggles only deepen the pain. Being an individual is already hard enough!

This trend isn’t very optimistic; it hasn’t reversed the trend or broken yesterday’s high. At most, it’s a stabilization—long upper shadows are better than hanging man candles!

I went to have lunch at 11:10 and then went to sleep… I really didn’t see the afternoon market movements. The morning session was also not very satisfying.

Top 4 consecutive limit-ups: Hengdian Film & TV (not watching)
Huangtai Distillery (not watching)
Wanfeng Shares (one-word limit-up, cannot buy)

Hangdian Shares (telecom, 80% chance to buy in)
Mingdiao Shares (AI, 60% chance to buy in)
2 limit-ups, 5 stocks, none are particularly appealing; Zhongchao Holdings is worth a look; Minbao Optoelectronics (similar to Shangwei New Materials)
Xinhua Department Store (equity transfer, 60% chance to buy in)
Tomorrow’s focus: first entry, then second;
Is the Xiong’an theme sustainable? Can Julite Sockets accelerate? Forget it, too many limit-ups;
Trend stocks: Tiandi Online; Julite Sockets; Tongding Interconnection; Hongbaoli; Runtu Shares; Kechuan Technology; Western Materials (look at the sector linkage, only buy on dips!)
Tomorrow, also watch gold and silver prices. If they rebound, aerospace funds might surge again to realize gains. Anyway, focus on the market’s liquidity, adapt to changes, follow the trend.
Be cautious of a pullback after a rise tomorrow. No big issues otherwise. If profits are large, consider adjusting your layout;
Today, Chen Xiaoqun, Yu Ge, and others dared to buy big to support the commercial aerospace sector. Based on my understanding of the A-shares market, tomorrow might be a sell-off! If it really crashes this time, the market will be completely dead before the New Year, and it will be dormant. Let’s see tomorrow’s attitude and sector trend. I’m just a spectator, not participating anymore. I hope it’s more sensible this time—no crash or just a light one.

It seems we still need to hold the 4000-point level; the afternoon didn’t let pessimism continue; I wrote on January 5th that the starting point was 4000 points, and it turned out to be true! Anyway, the index is what matters; do as you please!
Besides my professional stock trading, I’ve been in planning and design for nearly 20 years—that’s also my main job, maybe even more professional than stocks.
But gradually, I shifted my focus to stocks, though I still need to handle old clients who come back, and I need to make money.
My sister said “wealth comes from all directions,” which might be the difference between men and women. Women want to make money in everything, always thinking about children and old age.
