Over the years of trading, I have gradually understood a principle:

Risk management is always the first line, and the amplification of conviction is the ceiling of returns.

When making mistakes, a reasonably diversified position can save your life; when your judgment is correct, whether you dare to hold a heavy position and leverage at critical points is where the real gap widens. Looking at the latest trends of such projects, this approach is particularly evident — attack when possible, defend when necessary. Many people get stuck here: either overly conservative or all-in. Balance is the key to long-term survival.

Honestly, all-in guys are now eating dirt. Diversification is the real key.

That's right, that's why most people end up being washed out in the end.

That's exactly right, it's all about the balance. If you don't handle it well, it's game over.

There's nothing wrong with that, but very few people can actually do it. I've seen too many people who talk about risk control but go all-in on a single good news, only to regret it when they lose. The hardest part isn't understanding this principle, but being able to stay rational in the face of temptation and fear.

Seeing this kind of argument again at 3 a.m., to be honest, I'm a bit tired. Those who talk about "balance" haven't really grasped the key point — the true difference in returns isn't in diversification, but in whether you can precisely perceive that 0.3% liquidity gap.

That's true, but few people can actually do it... I'm currently struggling with myself to maintain a balanced mindset.
