True sovereignty on the internet can't happen without a genuinely decentralized, sustainable stablecoin backing it. Right now, the pieces just aren't there yet. Sounds good in theory, but in reality? The algorithmic stablecoins and those things have long been at risk levels, and systemic risk is right there.
