According to information from Foresight News based on data from SoSoValue, during the weekend trading period (December 22-26), in Eastern US time, the market for Ethereum spot ETF funds experienced investor capital withdrawals totaling $102 million.
One notable point is that these ETFs did not go through a completely bullish week. Looking at the withdrawal details, the ETHA fund managed by BlackRock led the list with a weekly net outflow of $69.42 million. This is a signal that the sentiment of some investors is changing. However, since its launch, ETHA has still accumulated a total net inflow of $12.6 billion.
Following BlackRock ETHA is the ETHE fund managed by Grayscale, with a weekly outflow of $47.54 million. The total historical net outflow of ETHE has now reached $5.1 billion.
On the other hand, not all funds experienced a negative week. Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF (ETH) is an exception, with a net inflow of $34.22 million this week. Since its inception, this fund has accumulated a total net inflow of $1.51 billion.
Overall, the Ethereum spot ETF funds currently manage total assets under management worth $17.73 billion. This accounts for 5.01% of Ethereum’s total market capitalization. Since these funds were launched, the total cumulative net inflow has reached $12.34 billion, indicating significant adoption by institutional investors of Ethereum spot ETF instruments.
