Hyperliquid shows the worst results in years: revenue drops 70% from the peak
The Hyperliquid platform is experiencing a difficult period. Over the past week — from December 22 to 28 — the platform earned only $9.16 million. This is the lowest weekly result since May and more than half below the record high.
For comparison: at its peak activity, Hyperliquid generated $31.1 million during a similar period. This indicates a 70% decline from maximum levels. According to Defillama, such a level of income has not been observed since spring of this year.
This indicates a significant slowdown in user activity on the platform in recent weeks. The sharp decrease in profitability may suggest a decline in trading volumes or user migration to alternative platforms.
