Watching $LISTA's K-line drop from high levels all the way down, many people start to panic,甚至 consider whether to chase a short position. But doing so at this moment is actually handing over heads to the main force.

First, calmly look at the chart data. The current price is at 0.1638, but the MA99 moving average (the blue line) is at 0.1667. The gap between the two is quite large, which is called a divergence rate that is too high technically. Imagine the moving average as a rubber band—if you stretch it too far, it will naturally snap back. This is not metaphysics, but a basic market law.

A more critical signal has appeared. The MA7 and MA25 short-term moving averages are now tangled around 0.164, no longer diverging downward. What does this mean? The selling pressure has been absorbed, and the sellers' strength is almost exhausted.

Looking at the main force's stance, the prolonged sideways movement clearly indicates accumulation of strength. Once it starts to move upward, the first target is to make up for that blue line at 0.1667. The 0.003 space in between means dozens of points of profit potential for short-term contract trading.

The trading logic is actually very simple: as long as the price does not fall below the previous low point, the risk-reward ratio here is quite favorable. Instead of waiting for the price to rise and then regretting, the 0.163x level is an opportunity for those with foresight. Hesitation means exit.

Rubber band theory? Buddy, I've heard this spiel way too many times, and what happened... I still got liquidated.

The rubber band theory has your ears calloused from listening, but the key is whether you're daring enough to buy the dip here.

The rubber band theory is back again, claiming it will bounce back every time. But what's the result? I'm skeptical this time; the main force isn't that diligent.

ngl the moving average rebound thesis is compelling but where's the empirical data on MA99 mean reversion velocity? people keep citing "market mechanics" like it's gospel when the actual literature on technical indicators shows way more nuance... sigh

Using this approach again? Last time I heard this logic, LISTA had already been cut in half haha
