Bitcoin has recently been repeatedly testing lows, and the ups and downs can really shake people's mentality. Frankly, the biggest mistake to make at such times is to chase highs and sell lows. My approach is to shift focus from intraday fluctuations to whether the key support levels are truly holding, rather than obsessing over daily gains and losses. During sideways market phases, survival strategies always trump prediction strategies. As long as you're alive, opportunities are still ahead.

Damn, hitting a bottom again? My hands are trembling... I agree, but I just can't help but watch the market. I understand the survival strategy, but I just can't execute it.

Listen, I've gone through countless fluctuations like this before; you just need to hold your hand and stay calm.

As long as you are alive, there is hope. This statement is so true.

Damn, it dropped again, but you're right, we still need to see if the support level can hold.

A steady mindset wins; don't let the daily chart mess with your head.

You're so right, I'm just afraid that staring at the market every day will make myself go crazy.
