Thinking about investing? Maybe wait until around 40 years old to make a move. This doesn't mean young people can't get involved, but the reality is right there — before 40, whether in terms of vision or life experience, there's still a lot to learn. What's even more sobering is the issue of principal, which is the key. Recklessly messing around in youth often results in nothing gained; without any savings, the road to investing will naturally be difficult.

Look at how Buffett does it. This legendary investor earned 96% of his wealth after the age of 65. In other words, his true explosion of wealth happened in the second half of his life. So don't rush; the twenty years from 40 to 60 are the golden window for wealth accumulation. Spend the first 40 years honestly building your principal and honing your skills — the time will come when it's the right moment.

Wait, starting to invest at 40? That logic is too far-fetched. Buffett is an exception, brother, not a general rule.

Wait a minute, this logic doesn't quite add up... Buffett earned 96% of his wealth later in life, because he had been investing in stocks for the first 40 years, not just sitting back and accumulating principal, right?

Wait a minute, this logic doesn't seem quite right... Buffett earned 96% of his wealth after age 65, but that's because his principal base was already large enough, and only then can compound interest explode. Can ordinary people like us do the same?

bruh waiting till 40? that's just cope for people who don't understand compounding... i've been tracking my cost-basis since i was like 22 and honestly the gas fees alone could've funded my retirement if i optimized the entry windows better. buffett also had way more capital to work with ngl. anyway, time in market beats timing the market, even if you're paying 150 gwei like an absolute degen

Well... that's an idealistic way of thinking, but our generation hasn't even paid off our mortgages yet, where would the principal come from to cultivate?

Wait a minute, there's a bit of a problem with this logic... Buffett is a genius player, are we comparing ourselves to him? The key is to start experimenting and figuring out the patterns earlier; starting at 40 isn't too late to avoid dying young.

Wait, you're only starting at 40? Then what have I been doing all these years with my altcoins? That's hilarious.
