#比特币价格走势 I just saw an interesting data analysis and suddenly understood why I always "buy high and sell low" in the crypto world😅

It turns out that during Bitcoin's fluctuations, the operational logic of whales and retail investors is completely opposite. When the price surges upward, we get excited and follow the trend to buy, but whales are actually offloading; when the price pulls back, we get scared and cut losses, while whales are quietly accumulating at low prices. The most heartbreaking part is that the market is currently in a price decline phase, and big players are quietly positioning themselves, but I watch my account turn red and dare not move😢

Now I finally understand that my trading decisions seem to really serve as a contrarian indicator. Instead of frequently chasing highs and selling lows, it's better to learn from the big players' logic — stay calm during panic and remain rational during madness.

Can any experienced traders give some advice on how to avoid being influenced by emotions and participate in the market more rationally? I feel this is the first lesson in advancing🤔
