#钱包安全漏洞 I suddenly saw news about a security vulnerability in Trust Wallet, and my heart skipped a beat😅 Fortunately, the official response was quick, and it has been confirmed that approximately $7 million in losses will be fully compensated, so user funds are safe. This slightly eased my worries...

But it also served as a wake-up call for me! I used to think that big-name wallets definitely had no issues, but now I realize that even well-known products carry risks. I quickly checked my browser extension version and found that I really need to update to version 2.69 to feel secure. I followed the official steps to update, and the process was quite clear.

I want to ask everyone, besides updating to the latest version promptly, are there other protective measures? For example, should I transfer important assets to a hardware wallet? Or is the browser extension itself not suitable for storing large amounts of funds? These details have always troubled me, and I hope experienced friends can give some guidance~

CZ's response was also quite timely, showing the platform's seriousness about this matter. It feels like although there are many risks in the crypto space, the overall ecosystem's emergency response mechanisms are continuously improving, which gives some confidence to newcomers💪
