If the team had been transparent from day one about building on Solana, plenty of us would've made different decisions. The chain choice matters more than most projects want to admit—it affects everything from transaction costs to ecosystem fit. Definitely worth calling out when these decisions surprise the community after commitments are already made.

It's the same old story... The team didn't clarify at the start which chain they would use, and then suddenly mentioned Solana. I'm really convinced. Choosing the right chain is such a crucial matter, but they act like it's invisible. If I had known earlier, I wouldn't have followed.

ngl transparency about chain selection should be table stakes... the fact that teams still pull this move is wild. solana's tradeoffs aren't inherently bad but hiding them until after you're locked in? that's just disrespectful to the community's agency
