This kind of equal treatment is really rare; most projects are driven by the amount of tokens held. Zetarium is indeed a bit different.

ngl, equal support sounds nice on paper but let me run the numbers here... you're telling me a 0.1 eth holder gets the same resources as someone with 1000 eth? that's mathematically suboptimal lmao. where's the incentive arbitrage in that model
