Dusk Network's core architecture adopts a proof-of-stake model, where participants stake DUSK tokens to participate in block production and validation. This mechanism ensures network security while maintaining sufficient decentralization.

In terms of performance, the testnet has already achieved impressive results—approximately 300 TPS throughput per chain, with block intervals maintained around 20 seconds. This metric compares favorably with many Layer1 solutions and can meet the demands of medium-scale applications.

More interesting is the future plan. The team intends to further break through performance limits through sharding technology and parallel processing, leaving room for complex financial application scenarios after the mainnet launch. This means Dusk still has great potential for high-concurrency transaction processing.
