Ethereum's market awareness may surpass Solana again by 2026. On the surface, Solana mainly relies on hype to maintain its presence, lacking substantial ecological support. More importantly, when it comes to ecosystem development, the two chains have taken completely different paths.
Truly significant components—DeFi protocols, infrastructure, on-chain banking services—are all built on Ethereum, the world computer. These are the core competitive advantages of the ecosystem. On the other hand, the Solana team seems more eager to give directions for the entire ecosystem rather than diligently cultivating and improving it.
From an application perspective, the gaps in DeFi prosperity, infrastructure completeness, and financial-grade product innovation are becoming increasingly evident. This is also why more developers and capital are flowing into the Ethereum ecosystem. Coupled with the continuous influence of the community, it is only a matter of time before Ethereum regains mainstream attention.

Solana's recent performance is indeed a bit weak. While the hype is there, the ecosystem is the real key.
The ETH team works steadily, while the SOL team just wants to show off. The difference is very obvious.
For DeFi and infrastructure, SOL really can't compare. Honestly, it's mostly hype.
Developers are all moving to Ethereum, and that says everything.
2026? I think the reversal might happen even earlier, no need to wait that long.

Honestly, Solana is just hype; when it comes to real value, you still have to look at ETH.
Everyone is rushing to ETH; the gap in ecosystem development is too big.
2026 is too conservative; it feels like the turnaround should have happened already.
Just listen to it; there are plenty of these kinds of predictions.
The Solana team is indeed a bit self-congratulatory; it seems like they haven't taken any substantial actions.
ETH's DeFi ecosystem is indeed solid; there's nothing much to say about that.
Here we go again with this kind of rhetoric, just periodic statements.

Solana just boosts hype, Ethereum is the real deal
Wait, is SOL really about to cool down this time?
2026? That's too conservative. It feels like it's already on the path to a reversal.
The ecological gap can't be recovered; on the DeFi side, Solana doesn't have anything impressive to show.
Capital is moving towards Ethereum, what does that indicate?
Solana really relies on marketing to survive; without solid strength, that's not enough.

Solana lives by storytelling, there's not much real substance
That's right, see the results in 2026, it's still not too late to buy the dip in Ethereum
DeFi on Solana really can't compare, gotta admit
Developers migrating to Ethereum is the trend, the ecosystem's depth is right here
After all this, Solana is still telling stories, while Ethereum is getting things done
Hype ultimately can't beat fundamentals, that's no lie
The Solana team’s operations are truly outrageous, managing the ecosystem at this level
Ethereum’s moat is really deep, it's not just hype

Well said, Solana is just good at marketing, but the ecosystem is hollow.
Wait, 2026? It hasn't even started yet.
Ethereum really has patience, building slowly, and that's how it wins.
