Start the 365-day no-overleveraging challenge — Day 001

Reviewing my trading records, I finally understood a painful truth: almost all losses point to the same culprit — overleveraging. At that moment, I remembered that two years ago, I was not like this.

Back then, I wasn't so greedy. I was making money every day, had a stable mindset, and never went all-in on a single trade. Later, I learned "aggressive trading" from someone, and as a result, I became more and more reckless, stopped setting stop-losses, and fantasized about doubling my gains to recover all losses. And now? All the gains from the past two years have been wiped out.

Why can't I change? Honestly, it's greed and overconfidence at play. I know overleveraging is a meat grinder, but I can't help but do it. But I've decided — to return to the state I was in two years ago, that self who was making steady profits every day.

Relying on long-term persistence and seeing results to reinforce new habits, this time I must change. These 365 days are just the process of reshaping my trading discipline.

I totally understand this mindset; once you go all-in, there's really no turning back. This is the fate of most people—greed once and it's all gone. Breaking this bad habit is even harder than bottom-fishing. Keep going, brother. Losing two years' worth of gains, I scream—how painful must that be? Really, aggressive trading sounds exciting, but in reality, you're just working for the exchange. Hold on, after 365 days, we can all make steady money. If you can withstand this time, you've won; don't fall into the trap again.

To be honest, this is a classic case of **rational expectations failure**. The thing your traders love to do the most — knowingly violating the Kelly criterion with heavy positions, yet still being tempted by arbitrage opportunities driven by luck. Two years ago, that was actually implementing risk-weighted allocation; do you only realize it now and regret? It's like trying to optimize interaction costs during the gas war — it's too late. What can be changed in 365 days? The key is to understand that heavy positions are essentially a **Nash equilibrium trap in leverage games**. Do you understand?

This change in mindset is really quick; it takes at least two years of blood, sweat, and tears to realize it.

It's quite late to wake up, but it's still better than remaining numb. Keep going!

Hmm... this sounds familiar. I said the same thing two years ago.
