The death of genuine crypto discussion wasn't an assassination—it was a suicide driven by fear.

Fear keeps people quiet. Fear stops them from speaking uncomfortable truths. Fear makes them worry their takes might be too honest, too critical, too different.

So what do we get instead? An endless cycle of "gm" posts and recycled catchphrases passed off as strategy. Everyone copies the same playbook because it's safe. Because no one wants to be the one saying something real.

Take a step back and compare what community discourse used to look like versus what we're doing now. You'll notice the gap immediately. The real conversations got replaced by performance and noise. Authentic voices drowned out by people desperately seeking validation.

The problem isn't that the community lost talent or insight. It's that people stopped being brave enough to share it.

I'm done. Right now, it's just a bunch of people frantically copying and pasting "gm." The ones who dare to speak the truth have become the outliers.

Really, now it's all "gm" and copy-pasting, no one dares to speak the truth.

That's right, now everywhere is full of copy-pasted nonsense.

Exactly right, I'm really tired of hearing "gm" every day now.
