actually, before we get hyped about "incentive mechanisms"—has anyone actually looked at the trust assumptions baked into these reward structures? like, who's controlling the distribution, what's the computational overhead, and more importantly... where's the privacy by design? because most chains just throw grants at devs without thinking about data leakage tbh

The incentive mechanism on the BNB chain looks good, but whether it can truly retain builders depends on whether there are genuinely profitable projects in the ecosystem... I've said it before, without real rewards in cash, all that remains is a paper prosperity.
