Finding a job in the crypto industry is really quite difficult. If you truly have talent, then the standards are even higher—frankly, there are very few truly reliable and promising crypto-native companies. Most projects either face funding difficulties, governance issues, or unstable teams. So, those high-quality opportunities worth investing time and effort in are never available to many people. This is why many top talents prefer to start their own ventures or join traditional finance instead of rushing to join a crypto company.

That's right, this is how the crypto scene is now. Good projects are clustered together, but there are even more bad projects, and it's not worth gambling on them.

Forget it, now joining a crypto company is like gambling with your life.

I see it very clearly. Instead of waiting for a spot, it's better to start your own project.

To be honest, this industry is just a big sieve; the really good opportunities have already been snatched up.

That's correct. Companies that can truly succeed in this industry are indeed rare, and half of them are just burning investors' money.

Really, I'd rather work at Goldman Sachs on derivatives than gamble on an unstable financing project. That's just how this industry is.

To be honest, the crypto job market has been quite tough in recent years. Good projects are scarce, there are a bunch of bad ones, and options are very limited. Funding is difficult, teams are scattered, governance is chaotic... Instead of wasting effort falling into these traps, it's better to do it yourself or stick with traditional finance for stability. Top talent have already seen through this. Rug pulls, explosions, team跑路... Who wants to gamble on this? Starting a business is risky, but at least you get to call the shots. Joining a crypto company? The odds are indeed unfriendly. This industry has high barriers and many traps. Quality projects are not lacking people; rather, no one dares to enter. Honestly, the entire ecosystem is still too young, and there are very few reliable employers. Those who have the chance to join good projects are usually well-connected; newcomers basically have no shot.

Hmm... that hits too close to home. I'm stuck in this vicious cycle myself.
