Recently, I observed the 15-minute chart of Bitcoin, and the trend has turned into a straight line, appearing relatively neutral in shape. In this situation, it's actually hard to find a good trading window.

This kind of sideways consolidation market basically offers little room for operation. To be honest, whenever such grinding oscillations occur, they are often a precursor to a directional choice. Instead of rushing into the market, it's better to wait and see—wait for it to break out of the consolidation zone, clarify whether it’s heading up or down, and then look for an entry opportunity. Jumping in now with a stiff neck is mostly just wasting fees and capital.

When the market is unclear, forcing trades is just fighting against yourself. Sometimes, the best strategy is to take a proper break. Giving yourself some rest can help you stay more alert and better grasp future opportunities.

Additionally, I want to say, don’t take staying up late too seriously. A good body is worth more than anything else. When your health is compromised, no amount of money can help. When you can’t lift your head, even the best market opportunities in front of you are invisible; even delicious food in front of you is hard to eat. In the face of illness, all the investment gains seem insignificant.

Consolidation is like the quiet period in an antique market; true collectors know how to wait. Remaining still like a mountain allows you to see clearly the next move.

This straight-line rally is really tough. Getting itchy and directly losing fees is not as good as lying down and waiting for a breakout. Lying flat and watching the market is indeed enjoyable, but it really tests your mentality. I've been complaining to friends about this these days. Well said, if your body is worn out, everything is pointless. I used to stay up late chasing trades, but now I can't chase anything. Sideways movement is the most disgusting. Getting trapped when you enter, afraid of missing out if you don't, so it's better to wait for it to choose a direction. Yeah, if it's uncertain, don't act rashly. Doing nothing is a hundred times better than reckless operations. This kind of wear-and-tear oscillation always hits, I need to remember this lesson well. Instead of enduring this wear, it's better to take a break, rest well, and be ready to seize the next wave.

You're absolutely right, this kind of straight-line movement is just eating away at trading fees. I took losses the other day too. Taking care of your body while waiting is really important. Staring at charts all night just isn't worth it. If it's consolidating, let it consolidate. Breakouts won't escape anyway, so why rush? When you can't read the market, just don't move. Staying clear-headed is more important than anything. Your body can't handle it—no matter how much profit you make, it's all for nothing. I'd rather make a bit less now. Forcing yourself into positions is just asking for trouble. Bitcoin grinding like this, I'm getting extra sleep. Calmly waiting is so much better than blindly trading.

Sideways trading is just digging a pit; waiting for a breakout is the real signal. Waiting and watching, this saying is really true. Compared to reckless actions, it's better to wait for the opportunity. Brother, your advice is a bit extreme. Indeed, staying up late destroys everything. Why does it feel like you're struggling with yourself? Might as well just lie down. A straight line is just brewing; be patient and wait for the explosion. I'm also fed up with this wear-and-tear oscillation; might as well stop watching the market. It sounds like you're making a point, but I still get itchy hands to chase. If the body collapses, everything is useless. This point must be acknowledged. I'm numb. Let's wait for the breakout. Entering now is just sending the dish.

Sideways grinding for fees, our daily routine. Wait for a breakout, lying flat is the way to go. When the market is uncertain, just close your eyes and sleep, wake up and check later, simple, straightforward, and cost-effective. Staying up late to trade cryptocurrencies, what's the point? Might as well go to bed early. Another reminder for everyone to rest, but it's actually quite right. Bitcoin is moving in a straight line, I choose to play on my phone. Damaged health, no matter how high the profit, it's useless. That hits home. Instead of grinding here, better go out and get some fresh air. Wait until the direction is clear before getting in, that's common sense. Wear-and-tear oscillation is testing our patience, I choose to give up.

Handshake and make peace, this time we really should take a break. I stayed up all night watching the market to understand this truth.
