Picking an AI tool for crypto work always comes down to one question: will it actually solve my problem? That's where purpose-built solutions matter. A crypto research platform needs to be transparent, reliable, and genuinely useful—not just another black box. The best ones tend to share a few key traits. Open source code means you can audit what's really happening under the hood. Real performance data beats vague promises every time. When a tool is built specifically for crypto researchers, it shows. You get features that actually address what traders and analysts deal with daily, not generic features stretched thin across different use cases.

I do value open-source code, otherwise choosing anything would just be gambling...

Open source transparency is real, but in practice, it's still full of pitfalls.

To be honest, the general AI tools currently available in the market are of little use for crypto research; they're just flashy. Open-source code is indeed crucial, otherwise how would we know what's really going on behind the scenes?

ngl open-source code is spot on; too many black-box tools are just tools for scamming and harvesting retail investors.

Honestly, I don't trust any black box tools. Open source code and real data are enough; everything else is nonsense. Professional is professional.

Speaking of choosing AI tools, it's really such a hassle... I just want to know if it can help me make money, everything else is irrelevant.

That's right, I don't touch black-box tools at all. I previously used a supposedly universal AI platform, but its gas fee optimization suggestions were so bad that they were useless—it's faster to monitor the mempool myself. Truly useful tools are those that are blockchain data-driven, allowing you to see directly how the source code runs.

ngl Open source code really needs to be checked carefully. Many projects are just hype, but in reality, they are black boxes.
