On-chain data shows that a major whale address has carried out a series of aggressive LINK token operations over the past 24 hours.

The latest development is: this large holder bought 168,560 LINK tokens in a single purchase just 17 minutes ago through a major exchange, totaling approximately $2.22 million. Yesterday, the same address also added 241,623 LINK tokens to its holdings. Currently, the total LINK holdings in this wallet have surpassed 410,000, with an account value of around $5.41 million.

Interestingly, the situation was quite different three days ago. On January 7th alone, this whale transferred nearly 790,000 LINK tokens (worth about $10.95 million at the time) to a compliant platform for liquidation in one go.

In just three days, from clearing nearly 790,000 LINK to rebuilding a position of 410,000, this rapid reversal of holdings raises questions: is it a keen market judgment or a deeper strategic adjustment? It’s still too early to tell. However, actions by such large holders are often closely watched by market participants.
