I have been following a BSC ecosystem project for a while, and I took some time to organize my thoughts during this free period.

Initially, it was just daily tasks and sign-in points, not taken very seriously. Later, after fully participating in testing two launched game works, my understanding of these zero-cost projects truly changed.

The core turning point is here—zero-cost doesn't mean without logic; rather, the logic lies in the ecosystem's self-improvement. From early simple incentives (task sign-ins) to actual functional experiences (game launches), the entire chain has become more three-dimensional. You're not passively earning rewards; you're gaining benefits through genuine participation in the ecosystem's evolution. These are two completely different mindsets.

If the user base is large enough, this model can actually sustain a self-reinforcing cycle. The key is whether the project team can continuously iterate and develop sticky products. Judging from the completeness of these two games, at least it shows there is real development investment, not just a token distribution show.

Details determine credibility. Those who say zero-cost projects are meaningless probably haven't deeply experienced the real ecosystem operation.
