Being a long-term holder is really comfortable; you don't have to worry about anything. Instead of staring at K-line charts and researching various trading strategies every day, it's better to just allocate assets, set goals, and leave it at that. The rules of exchanges can be overwhelming after a while, but holding mainstream coins or promising projects and checking on them periodically is much better. The rest of the time, eat, sleep, and enjoy life—keeping a relaxed mindset is unbeatable. It's not to say that trading is meaningless, but for many people, frequent trading often marks the beginning of losses—it's much more comfortable to simply hold.
