Now there is a project aiming to fill this gap. Instead of continuing to focus on behavioral data, it seeks to capture the genuine thoughts behind user decisions. Put another way, the old generation of AI is like an impatient salesperson—grabbing opportunities and stuffing things into your arms; the new approach is to first listen to what you truly need, and then provide targeted solutions. The difference between these two methods determines the stark contrast in user experience.
