According to the incentive design in the white paper, this set of "focused discipline and wisdom" discussions essentially describes the optimal game equilibrium state, with a confidence level of approximately 92%. It is worth noting that the real issue is—most people fundamentally lack the governance ability to implement this proposal.

Exactly right, but execution is the key. My group of friends who are always calling trades, each one more skilled at armchair strategizing than the last, and what’s the result? They all lost money.

technically speaking, the "discipline" angle here is just basic risk management wrapped in motivational language — nothing groundbreaking. most people who preach this stuff end up chasing the same narratives everyone else does anyway.

That's a good point, but what I fear most is knowing these principles yet being unable to follow through. Every time, I make plans, get caught up in a surge of rising prices, and panic during a decline. Talking about strategies on paper is easy; actual execution is the real hell.

It's a good point, but I always lose at the step of "staying calm."

That's right, but too many people can't control their hands, chasing gains and selling losses every day, ending up losing everything. That's what they say, but very few can actually do it. Staying calm is the hardest, especially when you see others making money. Discipline is something that can only be truly understood through lessons learned from losses. I've seen through all this long ago, but my execution is just too poor haha. Another set of standard textbooks, but the market loves to slap those confident people in the face. It makes sense, but finding "truly yours" opportunities is even more difficult than climbing to the sky. Focusing is indeed important, I missed several good chances just because I was careless. I've heard this theory a hundred times, but the key is still waiting for the right moment.

It sounds good, but how many people can actually do it... I've seen too many guys who know the principles but still end up going all in.

That's a valid point, but I just want to ask, what about people who have been waiting for half a year without a single order? Is that still called waiting for an opportunity?
