The developer experience of Miden VM is not yet fully mature, but the development direction is clear.
Since Miden VM adopts a ZK-native architecture design, developers will face a learning curve different from that of EVM. Programming with Rust-based Miden Assembly, handling off-chain execution logic, and managing private states all require developers to adapt. Although the current toolchain and documentation are still being refined, the technical roadmap has been established. As long as the toolchain continues to improve, the development friendliness of the Miden ecosystem will significantly enhance.

Toolchain polishing phase... In simple terms, it's like crafting the pickaxe before mining for gold. Developers entering now are essentially holding their chips tightly. Although the risk factor is high, the opportunities are greater. Private key management should be given more attention, as the difficulty of analysis on ZK chains is maximized.

The learning curve is steep, but it's still better than continuing to struggle in the same old EVM territory.

The learning curve is steep, but the potential of this ZK architecture is truly amazing.

Speaking of Miden, this set of tools is indeed a bit competitive, but I feel the direction is fine.

Toolchain polishing in progress, learning new things again, but the direction is definitely on the right track.

It's the old trick of a steep learning curve again, Rust + ZK double torment😅

It's the same old trick of "the direction is right, but the user experience is poor." Learning Rust to write Assembly and having to manage private states—aren't you just discouraging developers?

It's the same old story, start hard and then easier. But the ZK path really needs to be taken slowly.

The toolchain hasn't caught up yet, but this is the real opportunity for Miden. The advantages of early adopters are all here.
