Instead of trying to do everything, pick one or two projects and actually lock in. Take time to understand them and figure out how you can benefit. It does not always have to be an airdrop. It could be more followers, more reach, stronger connections, or real opportunities.

Whatever you put your energy into this year, make sure you are getting something back from it.

Do not just freestyle like last year and hope it works out.
