trading rules

#以太坊行情解读 At around 2 AM, my phone kept vibrating non-stop, and my Sichuan fren was crazily sending voice messages—my throat is almost gone.

The general idea is: opening a long position with 10x leverage on 10,000 U, and it dropped by 3%, resulting in a loss of the account.

I flipped through his transaction records, 9500U in one go, and there was no stop loss set.

This situation is very typical. Many people have a big misconception about using the entire margin, thinking that it can withstand more volatility. In reality, it’s exactly the opposite—if you don’t know how to play, using the entire margin will lead to losses the fastest.

The real issue is not the leverage ratio, but how much you stake at once.

They are all 10x leverage, but —

An account with 1000U, opening a position with 900U, and the market reverses by 5%? Just explode.

For the same 1000U account, if you only open a position with 100U, you will be liquidated only if you go against it by 50%.

My fren is just too aggressive with his position; whenever the market shakes a little, he disappears.

I also do full margin myself, but I can last half a year without blowing up, and instead gradually grow the account.

Just rely on these three points:

**Rule 1: Each transaction shall not exceed 20% of the total account funds.**

If it's ten thousand U, you can put in a maximum of two thousand at a time. If you misread and stop loss, you won't be able to hold on. Even with a big pullback, you won't die.

**Article 2: The maximum single loss is set at 3% of the total capital.**

Calculate the stop-loss position clearly before opening a position. If you are wrong, just admit it; absolutely do not think about holding on.

**Article 3: Do not trade during consolidation, do not chase price increases.**

Only take action when there is a clear trend in the market. No matter how tempting it is to trade sideways, I just watch and never participate.

Using full margin is not meant for gambling. Its purpose is to keep you with sufficient operational space—provided that you don't stake too much money at once and adhere to strict discipline.

There was a fan before who almost got liquidated every month. Later, by following these three rules, he grew from 5000U to 8000U in three months.

He once said something that really struck a chord with me: I used to think that going all in was a way to live desperately, but now I realize that going all in is actually to live longer.

The cryptocurrency trading arena has never been about who can make the most money. It's about who can stay in the game the longest.

I watch the market trends every day. For those who don’t want to be directly liquidated by a big pullback, we can chat. Avoiding pitfalls is more valuable than making an extra trade.
