He mentioned that there will be no major changes in Hong Kong's stablecoin policy direction, which will be steadily implemented according to existing regulations, focusing on the local market first and then expanding internationally; in the RWA field, the government has explored compliant paths through regulatory sandboxes, encouraging the integration of real industries with Web3 technology; meanwhile, as Web3 companies continue to establish roots in Hong Kong, developer demand is rapidly increasing. In the future, the government and industry will work together to build a talent ecosystem to attract more developers and practitioners to develop in Hong Kong.
