Alex Thorn pointed out that Tether is currently the world's largest stablecoin issuer, with USDT circulation exceeding 185 billion USD. It is also one of the largest centralized financial lenders in the cryptocurrency industry, with a loan scale of over 14 billion USD. In the first three quarters of 2025, it paid dividends to shareholders of over 10 billion USD, with an annualized US debt interest income of about 7 billion USD.
