However, bank transaction records alone are difficult to serve as valid proof. Such accounts may generally not be unblocked and can only be closed. Currently, the involved party has submitted bank statements and a handwritten commitment letter to request lifting the restrictions. Bank branches have inconsistent responses; some say that submitting a marriage certificate can be used to apply for unblocking.
