🚨Did a crypto big shot buy a Triceratops? A 5-meter giant beast is laid in the "Asian Knox Fortress," NFT is really cooling off.

🚨The aesthetic of the crypto world has truly evolved—shifting from JPEG monkeys to ancient giant beasts from 69 million years ago. According to Bloomberg:
In the top vault called "Asian Knox Fortress" in Singapore, there are collections of wine, famous paintings... and a complete Triceratops skeleton🦖, one of only 24 known worldwide. One of the buyers of this epic collection is Yoann Turpin, co-founder of crypto market maker Wintermute.
He and several other investors who are “wealthy on-chain and tasteful off-chain” spent 5 million USD to transport this 5-meter-long Triceratops from Wyoming to Le Freeport in Singapore for safekeeping. Notably—these four buyers are all deeply involved in the crypto space, including Chaw Wei Yang, who operates the collectibles platform Co-Museum.
🔥Has the crypto trend changed?
Bloomberg pointed out that after the NFT craze of 2022 waned, crypto elites’ interests have shifted from “digital art” back to “truly scarce assets”:
Antiques, metals, sculptures, dinosaur fossils... becoming more popular.
