If the introduction is not misleading, then this is tokenizing Morgan Stanley's stock. Buying its spot is equivalent to buying Morgan Stanley's stock, but it's unclear how dividends are distributed🤔 or if there are any dividends at all—it's simply a way to allow low-threshold stock trading.
