Recently, I've been researching the movements of whales on Hyperliquid and discovered a pretty practical approach—using AI tools to batch filter smart addresses.

Manually combing through on-chain data is too much work, but now some AI analysis tools can directly aggregate DEX trading records and automatically identify high win-rate addresses. I tried it out and the results are decent—it definitely saves a lot of time monitoring the market.

The core logic is to track wallets that consistently make profits on Hyperliquid and see what they're buying lately and how they're allocating their positions. Of course, this isn't about blindly copying trades, but at least it serves as a useful reference, since smart money does have a keener sense than retail investors.

Anyone else into on-chain data analysis? How do you usually filter addresses worth paying attention to?

To be honest, I've been trying this approach too, but sometimes the "smart money" filtered out by AI also falls into traps, so I need to verify more myself. Copy trading is a dead end, but borrowing ideas is still appealing. Then I suddenly realize that the address I was following has suddenly been liquidated, which is quite awkward. On-chain data is useful, but the key is to look at their recent trading frequency; being too active doesn't necessarily mean making money. I usually look at the holding period and leverage ratio; these two indicators are much more reliable than win rate. The hardest part of copying smart money is actually knowing when to pull out, not when to follow.

Tracking big players is just tracking anxiety, or is doing your own research more reliable? Smart money can also get trapped, don't be fooled by AI. This method has been tried before, and many people have been caught on the wrong end of the harvest. AI filters out historical data, but by the time you see it, it's already too late. Actually, I want to ask if this tool charges a fee; free ones definitely have traps. Copying trades is just gambling on luck; it's better to analyze the K-line yourself. Big players are also deceiving retail investors; who dares to say it's 100% accurate?

This thing sounds easy, but you only realize what getting rekt means when you actually copy trades. Addresses filtered by AI aren't necessarily reliable either; you have to be careful about whales counter-trading you. The shared fate of copy traders: losing it all.

I'm also using this approach. The key is not to blindly trust the win rate labels of those tools; sometimes the data is very lagged.

Sounds like it's just a different way of copy trading. Even smart money makes mistakes, let alone the fact that the data we see is already delayed.

Smart money does have sharp instincts, but if you follow the wrong lead, it’s pointless. I’ve tried this approach—the key is choosing the right tools and screening criteria. AI-detected "high win rates" can sometimes lag behind, so you need to verify them yourself. Be cautious when copy trading on Hyperliquid—even big wallet holders can make mistakes. Honestly, this method saves time but also makes it easy to get rekt in the opposite direction.
