The U.K. financial regulator just made an interesting move.

FCA's now running a consultation—basically asking crypto firms to sit down and help draft the new investment regulations.

This isn't the usual top-down approach. They're opening the door for industry input before finalizing the rulebook.

Could be a signal that U.K. wants to position itself as a more collaborative crypto hub. Or maybe they just realized you can't regulate what you don't fully understand without talking to the people building it.

Either way, it's a different tone compared to enforcement-first strategies we've seen elsewhere.

Listen, FCA's move this time really has some merit. Finally, someone understands that just blocking isn't enough and needs to listen to industry insiders.

Wow, FCA has finally woken up this time and is beginning to listen to the voices of industry insiders. Much better than those regulatory agencies that always jump to impose penalties.

This move by the UK is quite interesting. Finally, there’s a regulator willing to humbly seek industry opinions... But don’t get too excited—after the consultation, they still have the final say.

The UK has finally come to its senses this time, but we all know the routine with consultations... they listen to opinions, but in the end, they still do things their own way.

ngl the UK has definitely gotten smarter with this move, but I still have some doubts about whether they’ll actually listen to suggestions.

Ha, has the FCA finally come to its senses? Compared to those regulators that just ban things at the drop of a hat, this attitude is definitely much more agreeable.

Hey, this move by the FCA is actually pretty interesting—finally not just a purely heavy-handed policy...
