This recent crash of giggle has taught the market another lesson.
Many people still don't understand: the rise of a token really isn't driven by burn mechanisms, deflationary models, or so-called "economic flywheels."
To put it bluntly, every cycle in the crypto market is driven by just two words—expectation.
Expectations ignite sentiment, sentiment attracts capital, and capital is the real reason prices go up. That's why experienced traders always say, "Buy the rumor, sell the news."
Relying on the "flywheel" to run automatically? That's no different from believing a perpetual motion machine can be built—it's just wishful thinking.
As for those flashy narratives and bullish news? Don't take them too seriously. They're just tools—catalysts to stir up sentiment and guide the flow of capital.
What you really need to watch is always market sentiment and capital movement. Everything else? Just supporting roles.

Laughing and then crying, giggle is another textbook-level scene of cutting leeks.
Another bunch of people realize that what they bought is not an economic flywheel at all, but rather stories, atmosphere, and others' expectations of taking over.
To be blunt, it's all about the funds. No matter how good the model sounds, without money to enter, everything is just paper numbers.

Another chance to eat noodles... The lending rate is still high, and I bet five bucks that this liquidation list has grown even more. Expectations? Ha, expectations are just used to lure leverage traders into the market.

Another "flywheel dream" shattered. Pity those still pondering the destruction mechanism.

Another project killed by its own narrative. No matter how perfect the economic model is, it can't withstand human greed.

Here we go again: expectations, sentiment, capital. How many times have I said this and there are still people who won't listen?

Buy the rumor, sell the news—there’s nothing wrong with that. But the real problem is that 99% of people simply can’t tell the difference between rumors and facts.
