In the morning session, there was an upward breakout, but in the afternoon, it suddenly reversed and plunged downward, hitting a low of 4198 by the close and leaving a long upper shadow on the bearish candlestick. This movement was actually within expectations.

Looking at the daily chart now, that upper shadow indicates there's significant resistance above. After the bulls pushed the price up, quite a few people probably took profits and exited. Previously, after dropping from 4380, this rebound has now reached a similar height, which technically looks a bit like a double top. Personally, I think this rebound may be close to its end, and there's a high probability of another correction coming next.

For today's trading, I'm inclined to look for short opportunities on rallies. The upper resistance to watch is in the 4228 to 4245 area, while the initial support below is around 4185-4170. If 4170 is breached, the four-hour chart may shift from consolidation to a bearish trend, in which case we should look further down to 4130 or even 4050. If the price is weak and can't even reach 4220, consider using the 5-minute chart to look for right-side signals to enter; if there is a real breakout, wait for a pullback to the 28-45 zone before considering a position.
